The school is seeking cover supervisors to join the team on a full-time basis from September 2026, on a temporary to permanent basis. The Role Cover Supervisors are key to the smooth running and effectiveness of the school. The role involves supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of a teacher, delivering pre-set work, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will support students with their learning, maintain a positive classroom environment, and manage behaviour in line with school policies. The role also includes participation in tutor time and lunch duties, as well as subject lessons, allowing you to become a familiar, trusted and valued presence across the school.
