We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in West Sussex to assist with the appointment of an Administrator/Note Taker, on a 4.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. The Administrator/Note Taker will deliver high-quality administrative support including minute-taking, report preparation, meeting coordination, and data management. This is a customer-focused position requiring efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism in handling confidential and sometimes sensitive information. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, minute-taking, and preparing reports. Coordinate large-scale meetings and statutory panels. Maintain accurate records using internal systems such as SAP or Mosaic. Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and partners. Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly. Process purchase orders and invoicing as required. Adapt to flexible working environments, including remote and in-office support. Qualification: 4 GCSEs (grades A-C / 4-9) including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications/experience Essentials: Strong administrative skills and office experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
