Duties of the Role: Collecting goods from the depot Lifting and carrying white goods from the vehicle into properties, ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety at all times Delivering to customers (white goods, wet and dry), ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism at all times Assisting the driver with navigation Contacting customers via phone to advise of arrival times, etc. Completion of paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accurate information is recorded As the face of 'Currys', this role is key to ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered from start to finishDesirable Experience: We are seeking candidates who have previous experience working in a similar role, and who are committed and reliable.
