As Assistant Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will extend to managing the welfare, direct management, and administrative processes related to service delivery and compliance within our team.
While previous Hard FM experience is essential for success in this role, you won't be expected to work on the tools directly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the delivery, planning and coordination of planned and reactive works
2. Support to incidental works and other new works projects
3. Ensure that information held on management information system (Maximo) is accurate and timely
4. Manage insurance inspections for all relevant assets
5. Responsible for the administration and welfare of employees within the delivery team
6. Ensure staff are trained to carry out works safely, efficiently and to current standards
7. Liaison with Client representatives and customers
