* Manage the company's email programme and social media activity.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
* Track and report KPIs.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven CRM and social media management experience within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury travel company.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
* Experience either as a senior executive aiming to step up or a similar role.
