Location: Sunderland/Durham
Salary: Up to £29,000 + Uncapped OTE
Working Pattern: Thursday-Monday, 11am-6pm
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome potential buyers and provide expert guidance on available properties.
* Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings.
* Manage the full sales process from inquiry to keys handover.
* Stay up-to-date with pricing, incentives, and new property launches.
* Work closely with marketing and development teams to improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in property sales, ideally in new homes, but candidates from the automotive industry may be considered.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer service-oriented approach.
* Flexibility to work Thursday to Monday, with weekends crucial for connecting with buyers.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
