Machine Operator

Key role and responsibilities for our Machine Operator
1. Operate and maintain Zund Cutter
2. Select, install, position, and align machine components to maximize quality and efficiency
3. Manage job queues effectively to balance customer demands with production schedules
4. Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines as required to maintain continuous workflow
5. Checking quality and inspecting quality of the products
6. Count, stack, mark, band, and transport finished products to designated areas
Minimum requirements for our Machine Operator
7. Excellent eye to detail
8. Positive can do attitude
9. Be flexible and open to change (any other ad hoc tasks)
10. Comply with the health and safety policy and procedures
11. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
12. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
13. Computer proficiency
