Job Description Commercial Account Handlers & Commercial Account Executives – UK | Up to £60,000 Surrey and surrounding areas Upto £60,000 per annum Full Time A growing UK insurance broker is seeking experienced Commercial Account Handlers and Commercial Account Executives to join their dynamic commercial team. This is a client-facing role managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and commercial clients across a range of insurance products, including commercial combined, property, motor, and specialty lines. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and insurers Prepare and present risk assessments and quotations to clients Support business development and cross-selling initiatives Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards Mentor junior team members (for senior roles) and contribute to team best practices Requirements: Proven experience in commercial insurance broking or account handling Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality service Professional qualifications (Cert CII) desirable but not essential What’s on offer: Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience Career development, training, and CII exam support Bonus schemes and employee benefits Collaborative, supportive team environment This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated insurance professional to join a fast-growing broker, take ownership of client accounts, and develop a rewarding career in commercial insurance.
