Federation of Greenmount and Gatten & Lake Primary School
Assistant Headteachers are required to lead both schools forward in their journey to excellence.
These are Federation posts and work across both schools will be required. There will be leadership
and teaching responsibilities in all posts and a unique focus area for each leader, such as:
Mathematics, English, SEND & Disadvantaged Children.
