As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with additional needs
* Assist in adapting curriculum materials to meet individual learning styles
* Encourage student engagement and participation in classroom activities
* Monitor and track student progress, celebrating their achievements along the way
Qualifications
* A genuine commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
* Patience, empathy, and a creative approach to problem-solving
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
* Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting (desirable)
