Overview
Research Manager - Mixed Methods (Qual leaning 70/30). £35,000 - £45,000 DOE, 3 days WFH. Strong Senior Research executives will also be considered. Fantastic chance for someone with 4+ years of market research or insights experience to join a market research agency right at the top of its game. The agency is nearing the 60-headcount mark. Location: 20 minutes by train from London.

The agency is a market research consultancy with a global presence that is passionate about the science of behaviour and emotional insights that shape effective strategies to create compelling brand stories. They have continued to see growth even in tougher market conditions and are looking to add a new Research Manager to the team. Ideally, you will be a mixed methods researcher with a qualitative leaning (70/30).
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the role include delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative research, managing multiple projects of different sizes and stages, and contributing to client storytelling and recommendations.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of market research agency experience
* Experience in Adhoc & Tracker projects
* Experience leading both Qual & Quant research
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Enthusiastic and passionate Qual moderator
* Capabilities in accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, deadline management and workload management
* Strong experience writing impactful presentations with clearly communicated research implications for clients
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
