They are now seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of high-value highways schemes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all commercial aspects of the highways project - Reporting to the Commercial Manager - Manage a team consisting of 2 section QSs / 2 Junior Surveyors and 2 Site Clerks - Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, and forecasts - Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management. - Ensure accurate reporting of project financial performance. - Identify and manage risks, variations, and opportunities. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
