Location: Chester (ideally office based but happy to discuss hybrid)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing existing key customer accounts
* Responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service
* Producing quotes and converting opportunities into sales
* Proactively contacting customers to develop new business
* Following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records
* Monitoring account performance and hitting agreed KPIs
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
About you
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
* A proactive, self‑motivated approach
* Ability to build relationships and spot opportunities
* Previous experience in a customer‑facing or sales environment (preferred)
