Salary: £47,906 base salary
£53,985 (including shift allowance) + Overtime
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3-Shift Rotation

Shift Pattern
* Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
* Friday: 6am-12pm / 12pm-6pm / 6pm-12am
What you'll be doing
* Attending breakdowns and delivering effective reactive maintenance
* Carrying out planned maintenance (PM) and condition‑based monitoring (CBM)
* Analysing equipment performance and recommending improvements
* Managing spare parts and supporting operations teams
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' maintenance / engineering experience
* Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (HNC in Electrical Engineering beneficial)
* Strong electrical skills: AC / DC systems, inverters, PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)
* Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
* A proactive, flexible engineer who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing
