About the Provision
This specialist day provision supports pupils aged 5-19 who benefit from a quieter, structured setting with a strong therapeutic ethos. Pupils have a range of abilities and may present with ASC, SEMH needs and associated challenges. The provision focuses on personalised learning and pupil-centred development through:
* One-to-one and small-group teaching
* Tailored academic and therapeutic support
* Enrichment projects, trips and activities that build confidence and broaden experiences
* A strong focus on emotional wellbeing, supported by consistent routines and positive relationships
Your Role
As Class Teacher, you will:
* Teach core subjects within a highly personalised curriculum
* Implement creative projects, trips and enrichment opportunities
* Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of needs, including behaviours that challenge
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Work closely with a supportive team of LSAs, therapists and senior staff
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative and therapeutic school culture
* Support pupils to develop confidence, resilience and independence

* Contract: Long-term or permanent
* Salary: MPS
What You'll Need
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence (due to location)
* QTS or relevant UK teaching experience
* Ability to teach core subjects
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
* Recent safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
* References covering the last 24 months
Preferential Experience
* Experience working with SEND, particularly pupils with behaviours that challenge
* Experience leading or teaching small groups with evidence of strong progress
* Experience teaching up to KS4
