As a Power Generation Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of equipment including large diesel generators, dewatering pumps, lighting towers, compressors, and heavy plant used on construction and industrial sites. The work is primarily reactive (currently around 70% breakdowns), with your schedule managed by an in-house planner - typically one job per day to allow for quality-focused service. Previous field service experience (ideal backgrounds include GEN AIR, GAP, Speedy, Generator Power Ltd, or similar)
Recognised engineering qualifications (C&G, NVQ, or HNC in a relevant discipline)
Comfortable working autonomously in the field, with a flexible and customer-focused attitude
