We are seeking an Education Entitlement Team Leader to provide operational leadership across Warwickshire’s statutory responsibilities for vulnerable learners. 1. Proven experience of leading and managing staff, including supervision, workload allocation and performance management
2. Significant experience working with vulnerable children and young people, particularly those at risk of exclusion or without a school place
3. Strong knowledge of statutory guidance relating to exclusions, education entitlement, safeguarding and SEND
4. Ability to lead and influence across the system, working confidently with schools, alternative provision and multi‑agency partners
5. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and make operational decisions
