My client is a main contractor based in the city of London, currently working on an exciting new project. They are seeking an Information Manager to join their team.
The vacancy is to start immediately. Applicants MUST have ASITE experience and have worked in the construction industry.
Required experience includes:
1. 3-5 years within the construction industry
2. Experience with document systems
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining document control filing and archiving according to company procedures
* Checking the validity of documents using the Document Numbering System
* Recording documents in the database, organizing dispatch, and collecting comments
* Providing full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating information, and managing diaries
* Providing administrative support to the team and department as required
* Liaising with other companies and sites
Various other duties will be included on a day-to-day basis.
