As a part of the Software Support Team in the UK, you will be providing 2nd level support to our customers and assisting them with resolving issues that require a solution-orientated approach. You will work as part of a dedicated team in the UK to share on-call responsibilities and collaborate with our global software teams to provide software support and development.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering 2nd line support services for both new and long-term existing customers.
2. Carrying out software support including documentation of incoming service cases including a description of solutions.
3. Collaborate with functional departments on software projects and provide insightful feedback.
4. Support international project commissioning and after-go-live support.
5. Service support for existing customers.
6. Provide software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV).
7. Handle change request processing for existing customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
8. Excellent communication skills demonstrating patience and perseverance when solving the customer's challenges.
9. Experience with software architectures and software development in Java.
10. Knowledge of Warehouse Management/Execution systems would be beneficial to the role.

12. Experience within a similar 2nd line IT or Software support function.
13. Experience in Java software development.
14. Confident handling of databases (Oracle).
15. Willingness to share 24/7 on-call duties with the team.
