Summary
As a Sensory Panelist your role will involve accurately describing and measuring food product attributes in terms of appearance, aroma, flavour and texture. This role plays an important part of our customer journey, ensuring we can produce quality products time and time again.
Duties
* Profiling a range of food products against key criteria such as appearance, aroma, flavour, and texture.
* Develop own knowledge of testing criteria and be able to confidently score products against them
* Collaboratively participate in panel discussions, describing product attributes accurately and confidently
* Responsible for submitting accurate product scoring data into ballots in either paper or electronic formats
* Attend and participate in training sessions on product area and projects, ensuring continued understanding of product attributes and scale references is maintained
Education and Training
* No previous experience needed
* Basic IT skills
* Good standard of written and spoken English
Hours of work are 9.30am to 12.30pm Tuesday to Thursday, 48 weeks per year .
