Duties
* Profiling a range of food products against key criteria such as appearance, aroma, flavour, and texture.
* Develop own knowledge of testing criteria and be able to confidently score products against them
* Collaboratively participate in panel discussions, describing product attributes accurately and confidently
* Responsible for submitting accurate product scoring data into ballots in either paper or electronic formats
* Attend and participate in training sessions on product area and projects, ensuring continued understanding of product attributes and scale references is maintained
Education and Training
* No previous experience needed
* Basic IT skills
* Good standard of written and spoken English
Hours of work are 9.30am to 12.30pm Tuesday to Thursday, 48 weeks per year .
This role is subject to the successful completion of a fully sensory screening which will form part of the interview process.
