Assistant Business Change Manager
GTS Transportation is recruiting for a leading UK rail freight operator undergoing a major digital signalling transformation. We are looking for an ERTMS Assistant Business Change Manager to support the adoption of ERTMS technologies across people, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support business readiness and change management plans.
* Lead change impact assessments and track progress.
* Engage stakeholders, prepare communications, and support training.
* Contribute to readiness reviews, benefits tracking, and governance reporting.
You’ll Need:
* Experience with complex change projects.
* Change management qualification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, APMG).
* Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Understanding of UK rail operations or a similar regulated environment.
