GSL Education are partnering with schools across Sheffield, particularly within the S11 locality, to recruit a dedicated MFL Teacher who can inspire a love for languages. As a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that build students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, while fostering a supportive environment where they feel confident to practise and progress. Prime Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum. Encourage active participation and build students’ confidence in languages. Use effective behaviour management to maintain a focused classroom. Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a formally recognised teaching certification is required. Experience working as an MFL Teacher within a school setting. Strong communication and organisational skills. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
