DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our team specializing in General Management for our UK Account Team Department in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week primarily onsite –
* Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm (with flexibility)
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
* Coordinate and manage documentation, data collection, and input for administrative tasks across teams or departments with minimal supervision.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, and responding to both routine and complex information requests.
* Accurately compile, verify, and enter data into reports, presentations, forms, and systems such as databases and spreadsheets.
* Handle various departmental activities including data entry, report generation, and tracking of operational metrics.
* Manage daily administrative functions such as correspondence, visitor reception, conference call arrangements, and meeting scheduling.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses regarding departmental processes and activities.
* Prepare and submit payment documentation for vendors and suppliers, and address related inquiries from accounts payable and third parties.
* Contribute to departmental improvements and projects, support policy documentation, and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (e.g. certificate of completion of secondary education) is required.
* Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on‑the‑job experience are essential.
* Experience must meet applicable regulatory standards and demonstrate the ability to perform complex administrative tasks independently.
