Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in London. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit in the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing several projects for the CFO related to the exit. The role involves working closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems to produce financial models, and assisting advisors with financial queries. Some travel to European locations may be required.
