- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
- You will be responsible for advising clients within a range of commercial sectors on a wide range of property and agricultural matters.
- Your caseload will consist of leaseholds, planning and developments, sales and acquisitions and various commercial agreements and licenses.
- There will also be the opportunity get involved with business development, building your own contacts in the area as well as nurturing existing relationships.
- You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
