Join our Contact Centre team as a Sales Performance Coach, where you’ll drive agent success through data-led, high-impact coaching that delivers real customer outcomes. From data led insights, you’ll identify development needs, provide targeted coaching and collaborate with Team Manager to continuously improve performance. Through high level coaching you’ll help deliver customer outcomes, ensuring customers are focused on to find the right solution for their needs.
📍 Location: Bristol (Bradley Stoke)
💼 Contract: Full-time, permanent
🕒 Rota-based shift patterns between: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 09:00–17:00 — no Sundays!
💰 Salary: Competitive salary £30,223 and monthly bonus up to 30%
Key Responsibilities
1. Use performance data to identify coaching needs, align with Team Managers, and structure impactful coaching sessions.
2. Run one-to-one and team coaching sessions that uncover root causes, build ownership, and drive measurable improvements.
3. Actively participate in huddles, calibration sessions, and team discussions to share insights and support collaboration.
4. Maintain accurate coaching records, monitor progress, and escalate where performance or compliance issues persist.
Skills & Experience
5. Strong understanding of sales and retention strategies, with confidence in objection handling and compliance.
6. Skilled at interpreting performance data to uncover coaching opportunities and drive meaningful change.
7. Experienced in coaching across all levels—supporting new starters and stretching high performers.
8. Comfortable using contact centre tools, coaching templates, and tracking systems to monitor progress.
9. Natural communicator and collaborator, able to build trust, inspire ownership, and influence outcomes.
