About the role

As an advocacy clerking manager, you lead a team of clerking assistants within the crown advocacy unit, ensuring the team is in line with the Crown Prosecution Service advocacy strategy. Your role involves overseeing the team day-to-day, their performance, and wellbeing. You build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including chambers' clerks and crown court listings teams, ensuring regular engagement and communication.
