The main focus of this role is to attain the agreed Regional Direct Sales Targets by leading and supporting the regional territory sales targets by promoting and selling STILL equipment and services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. We have an established Leadership and support network inplace to encourage individual and Company success.* We offer a competitive salary, with uncapped bonus potential, based on performance* Company Car* 26 days holidays* Salary Sacrifice Company Pension Scheme# Tasks and Qualifications:Your duties and responsibilities will include:* To achieve agreed annual regional territory target of selling STILL product portfolio.* To grow New, Used, Advanced Application and STR revenue opportunities, ensuring consistent regional focus is achieved.* To support the Sales Director in agreeing sales targets for the region. personnel planning, recruiting and sales strategy* To Provide regional leadership and support for the Territory team.* Coaching, mentoring, monitoring, and managing the Sales Team to maximise their potential and achieve agreed Company targets. Including performance management and completion of employee dialogues and OCTR information.* To ensure consistent communication of both company wide, and customer related information throughout the team.* To ensure that STILL UK retains its valuable customer portfolio through active account management.* To work alongside all departments to ensure that customer expectations are wherever possible met.* To manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims.* To handle business enquiries and issues received from customers and the STILL team, attaining a high level of customer service, achieving agreed levels of profitability, and producing a win/win situation for all parties.* To demonstrate strong commercial awareness of both the STILL brand and our competitors, providing information for market analysis and further opportunities.* To personally and ensure the team use and update the CRM system.* To record, analyse, report, and administer according to systems and requirements.* To assist with the creation of a harmonious and productive sales environment by working closely with other members of the sales team.* To negotiate with customers on sales agreements and contracts for the supply of STILL products ensuring that all internal parties and suppliers involved in the creation of a sales and service contract are aware of the detail and that the package is in the best interests of all concerned.* To demonstrate STILL products and services to existing customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.* To ensure customer relationships are developed and followed up once delivery of a truck has taken place. At all times ensuring that the customer receives the highest quality of service and dealing with any issues in a timely and professional manner.* To be involved in continuous improvement of processes and procedures with other team members as requested.* To analyse on a regular basis the market and competition in your responsible region* Regularly demonstrate Company values of Integrity, Courage, Collaboration & ExcellenceIf you have experience of sales with the forklift or material handling sector, that would be an advantage but is not essential. We are looking for someone who can show previous success in sales, is self-motivated, is happy to work in a role where they will be seeking new business and following up leads.
