The Role
We're looking for a hands‑on, technically curious Product Manager to join our Data & AI team, building the intelligence layer of RedCloud's supply chain operating system. Your job? Turn that data into products that create real value: predictive insights, AI‑powered recommendations, and monetisable data services for brands, distributors, and partners across the ecosystem. This isn’t a feature factory. We’re building foundational data infrastructure and AI capabilities from the ground up, so you’ll be deep in data pipelines, model outputs, and product‑market fit simultaneously. You should be comfortable debating data schemas, embeddings, and unstructured data challenges as well as shaping commercial strategy.
What We’re Looking For
* Hands‑on experience with AI/ML products, not just managing them from a distance.
* Understanding of fine‑tuned models versus RAG pipelines.
* Expertise shipping LLM‑powered features, and knowing when to use a simple heuristic versus a complex model.
* Experience with structured and unstructured data; you’ve dealt with messy real‑world data and know how to make it useful.
