Assistant Planner – Central London

PropSource Consulting is exclusively supporting a close-knit independent planning consultancy in Central London looking to hire an Assistant Planner (this is not a graduate role; 9-12 months+ experience required).
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a genuine mix of small and large schemes, including several GLA referable projects, working closely with senior planners in a supportive consultancy environment.
The Role
* Supporting planning applications and reports
* Research, policy analysis and planning appraisals
* Liaising with consultants, stakeholders and local authorities
* Assisting on residential and mixed-use schemes across London and the South
