Job Description:
If you’ve ever wanted a job where you genuinely change lives, this is a very good place to start.
Entry-Level Teaching Assistant roles now available in Sutton-in-Ashfield and surrounding area's!!
Some jobs feel meaningful.
Some jobs pretend to be meaningful.
This one? It actually is.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working in the local community and at specialist learning hubs in and around Sutton-in-Ashfield, alongside a committed team—all focused on creating the best possible outcomes for the children they support.
This is not a “stand at the back and hand out worksheets” role.
You’ll be working with children who don’t always thrive in mainstream school—the ones who need a bit more patience, a bit more flexibility, and a bit more you.
Some days you’ll be in libraries. Some days in community hubs. Some days out and about.
But always with a child who benefits from your attention, consistency, and creativity.
You’ll play a real part in shaping a personalised curriculum.
You won’t be a spare part—you’ll be a trusted member of a team that “gets it” and behaves accordingly.
