Location and Details
Location: Alton, Hampshire, GU34 Postcode
Hours: Late Shift, 1.45pm - 10.15pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Depending on Experience
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Operate Amada Laser Cutting Machine
* Identify, load job/programme, start up, and shut down machine; troubleshoot and clear alarms
* Change laser gas bottle, clean and replace laser tip and lens
* Perform set-ups and changeovers
* Measure parts and perform inspections
* Accurately prepare production records and inspection documentation
* Package completed parts according to their destination
* Maintain the lasers in good working order
* Maintain housekeeping within immediate working area
* Drive a forklift truck and operate overhead crane as required (training can be provided)
