Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and HRIS systems, as well as strong analytical skills to support payroll operations.
Responsibilities
* Accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll for all employees.
* Full end-to-end payroll, including HMRC and Pension submissions.
* Maintain employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
* Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
* Handle accounts payable functions related to payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
* Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
* Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations that may impact payroll processes.
* Supporting general finance administration as required.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role is essential.
* Proficiency with payroll and accounting software.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations.
* Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
