We are looking for a Radiology Administrator to support our busy Radiology department. This post is available as part-time (22.5hrs) position. The department is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with the team working on a rota basis. Hours will be work over the week as needed.

Here, you'll be part of delivering a high quality diagnostic imaging service for a very varied caseload.
As a Radiology Administrator:
* Your role will require you to facilitate Radiology bookings for all imaging modalities.
* You will be required to liaise with consultants and their secretaries, as well as any other stakeholders such as members of the Outpatient team and other departments within the hospital.
* You will need to communicate effectively with patients and deal with their enquiries in a professional and caring manner.
* You will be responsible for sending out patient information regarding appointments and results.
* You will need to manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and situations. This will include handling all enquiries efficiently and effectively and escalating where necessary, ensuring all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
As a Radiology Administrator you will have:
* Competent IT and keyboard skills
* Good communication/interpersonal skills
* Good organisation and analytical skills

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking. The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres, two minor treatment rooms in the outpatient department.
