Attribution Search are currently collaborating with a London-based alternative investment fund who are looking for a Credit Trade Assistant Analyst to join a small team supporting the deals desk in London. The business is known for their innovative approach, success in delivering value, and have a fantastic record for internal mobility and progression.
As part of a small team, you’ll work closely with traders and be responsible for closing transactions, monitoring investment portfolios, trade booking amongst other duties. You’ll also act as point of contact for Middle Office, Fund Accounting, and Risk Management teams. Daily duties will include, but not limited to:
* Ensuring the accurate booking of trades
* Maintaining and monitoring of cash balances across funds
* Facilitate signing and execution of legal documents
* Arranging and attending board meetings as required
* Overseeing investment portfolio FX hedging requirements
* Reconciling and approving P&Ls
* Preparing portfolio analysis and reporting for Portfolio Managers
* Managing the investment deal pipeline
The successful candidate will have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* 2-4 years’ experience in a trade support or middle office position
* Knowledge of fixed income and/or loan products are a must have
