You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinate services, and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities as a Client Manager:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact.
2. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
3. Coordinate internal teams to deliver projects and services on time and to quality standards.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
5. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
6. Prepare client reports and presentations.

The successful Client Manager must possess:
