A multiskilled team is responsible for the manufacture / refurbishment of Induction Melting Furnace coils from 5KG to 60,000KG in capacity. * Materials used in the manufacture of Induction coils include large sections of copper and stainless steel section tubing formed to exacting standards to produce the finished item. * Specialist skills associated with coil manufacturing processes include TIG, MIG, ARC Welding, Brazing, soldering. * A powder cost electrical insulation along with additional protective surface finishes to the final produced coil are required to be applied. * High tolerance fabrication of the finished article is required to exacting standards, although mechanically formed the coil is a precision electrical component in the Induction Melting process. * Refurbishment and upgrading existing equipment both in-house and at the customers premises. * Understanding of Engineering Department produced mechanical schematics, plus the ability to problem solve if the situation arises. Overtime paid at time and half over 37.5 Mon-1pm Saturday anything else is Double time. Pension contributions in line with auto enrolment (5% employer 5% employee)
