Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Near Canary Wharf £32,000 – £36,000 Long-term progression opportunity A well-established London law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join one of its busy New Build teams, acting for purchasers buying homes from Housing Associations and property developers. This is a great opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who enjoys the pace of New Build transactions and wants to develop their expertise within a supportive team environment. The Role You will support experienced residential property fee earners handling New Build purchases, assisting buyers through the full conveyancing lifecycle from initial instruction through to post-completion. Key Responsibilities Assisting with New Build purchase transactions from instruction to post-completion Supporting fee earners acting for purchasers buying from Housing Associations and developers Preparing legal documentation and managing files throughout the transaction process Liaising with clients, developers, lenders, estate agents and third parties Managing key stages of the conveyancing process including searches, enquiries and completion preparation Experience Required Previous experience within a residential conveyancing team Exposure to the full conveyancing process from instruction to completion Experience with New Build and/or Shared Ownership transactions would be highly advantageous Strong organisation and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment What’s on Offer £32,000 – £36,000 salary Long-term opportunity to qualify for the right candidate Modern office near Canary Wharf Supportive and collaborative property team This role would suit an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal looking to deepen their experience and build a long-term career within residential property law.
