We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to join a leading manufacturing company based locally in Fordingbridge. Key duties include:
1. Processing purchase ledger invoices per month
2. Assisting with queries through telephone and email
3. Management of supplier and invoice queries
4. Preparing payment runs
5. Reconciling credit cards
What You'll Bring:
6. Previous experience working as an Accounts Assistant
7. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
8. Confident user of Microsoft office
9. Experience of working within a busy Accounts department
10. Able to work to tight deadlines
