Full-time hours on a temporary basis
* We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives within our drug and alcohol community treatment programme.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee delivery of the Drug & Alcohol Community Treatment Contract and its improvement plan.
o Identify, evidence, and implement effective interventions for alcohol addiction, improving outcomes for service users.
o Drive forward the 10-Year Drug Strategy through active leadership in the Combatting Drugs Partnership.
* Ideal Requirements:
o Proven experience in programme or project management within public health, substance misuse, or related fields.
o Strong understanding of national drug and alcohol strategies and evidence-based interventions.
o Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills.
