The role: This is a diverse advisory-focused tax role, covering everything from corporate transactions and property structuring to employee share incentives and fund structuring. You’ll work closely with legal colleagues, business leaders, and clients, offering high-quality, commercial advice on a wide range of complex tax matters. What you’ll be doing: Advising on the tax structuring of corporate transactions and drafting transactional documentation. Supporting property-related tax advice including SDLT/LBTT, VAT, and capital allowances. Providing tax planning guidance for business owners, including restructuring and investment. Advising on employee share schemes and the tax aspects of executive remuneration. Working on the structuring of investment funds and related tax considerations. Leading or supporting internal/external training sessions, webinars, and client updates. Contributing to business development and the broader strategic direction of the team. About you: You have 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate or transactional tax. You’re legally qualified or hold a CA or CTA qualification. You take a commercial, solutions-focused approach to complex tax issues. You’re confident working directly with clients and advising on structuring and compliance. You’re an excellent communicator — clear, concise, and adaptive in your style. You enjoy contributing to team growth and mentoring junior colleagues.
