At AWE, it’s not just a job, it’s far more than that. Our shared purpose is to help keep the nation safe. Could this role be the opportunity for you to play your part?

Role

As the HR Service Improvement Lead, you will focus on managing the improvement of HR processes, systems and services on behalf of the business and the HR Function to avoid unnecessary cost, reduce waste, maximise value and augment user experience. This includes working closely with all HR teams, IS and business users to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions through effective change management. As part of your role:

* Use HR analytics to inform strategy, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Build strong partnerships across HR and the business to ensure initiatives meet organisational needs and are embedded effectively.

Who are we looking for?

We are ideally seeking a proactive HR professional with previous experience leading service improvement initiatives, identifying process enhancements, managing HR projects, and supporting the adoption of digital solutions. Continuously seeking new and creative ways to improve HR services.

We Do Need You To Have The Following

* CIPD or equivalent HR Qualification, or relevant experience.
* Experience in HR, with a focus on process improvement and project management.

Desirable experience

* Takes initiative and drives continuous improvement.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You’ll need the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
