2. Based on site in Croydon, South London (CR0) 4 days per week with 1 day per week working from home
The team managers will be focusing on managing care taking teams to improve standards and customer satisfaction with our service. You will also monitor the delivery of other estate services such as grounds maintenance.
The managers will work closely with the head of service, residents and partners to identify and deliver improvements and good practice in service delivery.
Managers are expected in the office or estates 4 days per week with one day per week working from home.
Management experience is essential as well as an understanding of Housing Legislation.
