Quality Technologist - Enniskillen (Onsite, Mon-Fri)
We’re hiring a Quality Technologist to join our Enniskillen team. This onsite role supports production by ensuring top-tier food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Champion food safety and quality culture
* Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards
* Lead technical projects (e.g., hygiene, allergen validations)
* Manage supplier relationships and non-conformances
* Support audits and investigations
* Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, etc.
Qualifications
* HACCP & Food Safety Level 3
* Experience in food manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of BRC & industry standards
* Excellent communication & organisation
* Problem-solving skills & attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable
* 8-step problem solving experience
* Experience leading third-party audits
* Background in Food Safety/Technology
