Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Tenbury Wells, WR15
Pay Rate: £13.07 p/h - £18.90 p/h
Contract: On going Temp to perm
gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 10 Production Operatives for an ongoing temp to perm assignment for well-established ingredients factory in Tenbury Wells that produces syrups and dessert sauces amongst other products.
For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available, and you are welcome to apply after completing your probation period minimum.
Main Duties as a Production Operative
* Packing, stacking and other general production duties
* Working towards targets set
* Visual inspection and quality checking
* General housekeeping/cleaning of production and packing area
* Ensuring items are picked as per client pick sheet
* Items checked for damage and defects and issues reported
Rotational Working Hours:
* Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, Friday 5am - 12pm/ 12pm - 7pm
* Night shift is also available Monday to Friday 10pm – 6am
Hourly Pay Rates
* Basic Rate - £13.07
* Overtime paid after 39 hours, up to £18.90 p/h
