Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN)

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN) to lead and manage a well-established nursing home in Glossop. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing home.
* Ensure delivery of person-centred, high-quality care in line with CQC standards.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
* Manage budgets effectively, including staffing, occupancy, and resources.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, external professionals, and regulatory bodies.
* Drive continuous improvement in care standards, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
* Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Current NMC registration as an RGN.
* Proven track record as a Registered Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a nursing home.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Financial and budget management experience.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving positive outcomes for residents.
