Job Details: Internal Account Manager - CRB Cunninghams UK CRB Cunninghams are a UK provider with their own cashless catering, pre-order app, identity management, online payment and nutritional analysis solutions supported by a national service and support team. Our education solutions are used in over 3,000 schools across the UK to help them run efficient and effective meal and nutritional programs as well as providing a cashless solution to aid in the payment of those items, to help reduce the use of cash and the issues associated with it. Our mission is to help our schools throughout the UK become cashless and benefit from the numerous effects this brings, such as reduced debt, food waste reduction and free school meal anonymity to name just a few. POSITION: The Internal Account Manager is a key role within the sales department supporting the account management and sales team. The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for delivery of their personal sales target by quoting, following up and closing transactional enquiries from our customer base. The role will also provide support to the sales team by answering inbound sales calls, responding to email enquiries, CRM administration such as account/contact updates and lead tracking. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be supporting the smooth running of the department, ensuring good internal communications, adherence to process, and delivery of milestones. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver your personal sales target Field, prioritise and manage inbound enquiries from customers, in accordance with the Company processes (phone and email) Creating, amending and following up quotations, discussing with the prospective client the content and next steps, including closure Assist with follow-up calls and emails to prospects for ongoing appointments and communications Provide administrative and other support to the sales team Support the maintenance of Salesforce (CRM) and the underlying sales activities including: lead creation; account and contact management; pipeline management; contact and account updates and report generation Coordinate clients’ support enquiries directly, where possible, and passing on to relevant colleagues and departments as necessary Coordinating the provision & maintenance of client data Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of projects Perform other sales-related administration functions as required Complete card production as required JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written & verbal communication skills Good understanding of financial sales pipelines, forecasting and managing proposals and sales opportunities A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience of using CRM system.
