The Role

You will manage a varied caseload across all aspects of agricultural and landed estates work, including:

* Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and rural land

* Agricultural tenancies and farming partnerships

* Rural property finance and development
\n\t
* Easements, covenants, and rights of way
\n\t
* Succession planning and tax considerations in collaboration with the private client team

You will advise a high-profile client base including landowners, farmers, estate owners, and rural businesses. As a senior member of the team, you will also support junior colleagues and play a role in business development.
