Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to support the financial management of a growing portfolio of residential developments.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines within a structured reporting environment.
Previous finance or accounts administration experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing service charge accounts for multiple developments
* Weekly reconciliations
* Daily payment processing
* Preparing monthly financial reports
* Assisting with annual budgeting
* Quarterly charge runs
* Arrears monitoring and credit control
* Liaising with contractors and clients
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Preparing year-end information for external accountants
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in a finance or accounts administration role
* Experience managing multiple clients or cost centres
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* High attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Service charge or property accounting experience desirable but not essential.
