Interior Designer – Arka Design Studio, Glasgow (Office-Based)
Arka Design Studio is looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our Glasgow team. Work on a variety of commercial, residential, hospitality, and leisure projects while developing your skills in a collaborative, design focused studio.
The Role
You will work closely with senior designers and architectural project teams from concept through to detailed design, preparing technical drawings, renders, and FF&E specifications. This is an office based role with flexible full time or part time arrangements, we want the right talent and can accommodate schedules accordingly.
Skills & Experience
BA Hons in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
Preferably 2 years post qualification experience
Strong design and representation skills
Good freehand sketching abilities
Proficiency in Vectorworks
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Interest in sourcing, specifying, and procuring FF&E
Ability to develop concepts into detailed designs
Proactive and able to work independently
